New Hanover County STAR Center Officially Opens

New Hanover County Commissioners joined community partners to celebrate the opening of the county's Stabilization and Recovery (STAR) Center. The facility, developed in partnership with Leading Into New Communities (LINC, Inc.), RHA Health Services, and Trillium Health Resources, is the county's only resource offering medically assisted detox, crisis stabilization, and transitional housing.
